Valdemorillo Local Police has launched a key custody service to facilitate access to homes in case of emergency, aimed at people living alone or with health issues.
Valdemorillo Local Police has activated a new key custody service for emergencies, designed to expedite intervention in homes when an urgency occurs. The measure seeks to respond to residents who live alone, suffer from an illness, or find themselves in situations that may require a quick response.
With this system, emergency services will be able to access the home without delays, avoiding the need to force the door and the potential damage that entails. The keys will be kept in police facilities with all guarantees of security and confidentiality, and will only be used when an emergency justifies it.
Those interested can request information at the Local Police headquarters, located in the VALSEM Building (Valdemorillo Security and Emergencies), or by calling the numbers 91 897 77 00 and 608 617 789.
From the Security department, they have emphasized their commitment to protecting residents, stating that “helping, protecting, and serving is our commitment.”
