The Town Council of Valdilecha centralises for the first time in a single online form the registration for the sports and extracurricular activities it directly organises. The deadline ends on September 25 and classes begin on October 1.
The Town Council of Valdilecha has presented the offer of sports and extracurricular activities for the 2026/27 school year, with nearly twenty proposals for children, young people, and adults. The programme includes new features and maintains the activities already established among the municipality's residents.
The activities will start on October 1, 2026. The registration period will remain open from the publication of the form until September 25, 2026.
As a main novelty, the Council centralises the registrations for the sports and extracurricular activities it directly organises in a single online form. For those who do not have digital means or need assistance, registration can also be completed in person at the Town Council of Valdilecha or at the Municipal Sports Centre.
Once the registration period is over, lists of admitted participants for each activity will be published, and if necessary, waiting lists. During the school year, it will be possible to join activities that have available spots.
The general conditions stipulate that fees must be paid by direct debit. Joining an activity that has already started in the season requires payment for the entire month, and those with outstanding debts to the Town Council will not be able to formalise new registrations.
Withdrawals must be communicated in writing according to the activity:
Sports activities: only in writing at the Municipal Sports Centre or at polideportivo@valdilecha.es. Extracurricular activities: only in writing at the Registry of the Town Council of Valdilecha or at aytovaldilecha@gmail.com.
The withdrawal request must be submitted before the 25th of the previous month to the month in which the user intends to withdraw. If this deadline is not met, the full monthly fee will be charged.
Some proposals have a different registration system than the general form. The Playroom is registered through an external form that will be available soon. The municipal gym maintains registration in the sports reservation section of the Town Council's website, with a 30-day registration and a fee of 25 euros.
The activities of the AMPA, the CEIPSO, and the VALMES club are managed directly through each entity's channels. Information and registrations for poetry meetings and the reading club are available at the Municipal Library.
