The municipality modifies urban routes from 15:00 on Friday, September 25 until 08:00 on Wednesday, September 30. The night line N203 will increase services during the weekend and maintain police escort for the buses.
Buses operating in Velilla de San Antonio will change their routes and stops from 15:00 on Friday, September 25 until 08:00 on Wednesday, September 30, according to the mobility plan prepared by the City Council for the Patronal Festivals. The Regional Transport Consortium has also extended the schedules for the night line N203 during the weekend.
Vehicles arriving from Madrid will enter via Federico García Lorca street and continue along Paz Camacho, Olivar, Antonio Palacios, Joselito, and Doctor Alcorta. The stops on Olivar street at its intersections with Federico García Lorca and Paz Camacho will be suspended. Instead, a temporary stop will be established at the intersection of Paz Camacho and Olivar.
In the direction towards Madrid, the route will start at Doctor Alcorta and continue through Joselito, Antonio Palacios, Olivar, Paz Camacho, and Federico García Lorca. The two stops on Avenida de la Ilustración and the stop at the corner of Federico García Lorca and Olivar will not be in service. Users will also be able to board at the temporary stop at Paz Camacho with Olivar.
The intercity night line N203 Madrid (Ciudad Lineal) - Velilla - Loeches will increase its services. On the night of Friday 25 to Saturday 26, buses to Ciudad Lineal will depart from Velilla at 23:15, 23:40 (from Loeches), 1:15, 2:00, 2:55 (from Loeches), 3:50, 4:35, 6:00 (from Loeches), and 6:30. In the opposite direction, from Ciudad Lineal to Velilla, departures will be at 0:40, 1:20, 2:35, 3:15, 4:30, 5:10, and 6:00.
On the night of Saturday 26 to Sunday 27, from Velilla to Ciudad Lineal, the times are 23:15, 23:40, 0:45, 1:15, 2:00, 2:55 (from Loeches), 3:30, 4:00, 4:35, 6:00, and 6:35. From Ciudad Lineal to Velilla, buses will leave at 0:40, 1:20, 2:10, 2:50, 3:15, 4:30, 4:55, 5:20, and 6:00.
Velilla de San Antonio will again be the only municipality in the Community of Madrid that provides police escort for passenger buses during the festivals. The operation consists of accompanying the vehicles from their entry into the municipality until their exit to protect the staff of the lines and the users, according to municipal sources.
