Residents of Rivas-Vaciamadrid who use the intercity line L333 should be aware: the renovation works on the Paseo de las Provincias have necessitated the temporary relocation of two bus stops. This has been communicated by the Department of Citizen Security and Mobility of the City Council.
The work being carried out on the pavements of this road has forced the movement of the stops located at the corner with Calle de Granada and opposite the junction with that street, in the opposite direction of traffic. In their place, two provisional posts have been installed.
The new locations are just a few metres from the usual ones, specifically in the section of the Paseo de las Provincias that runs from Calle de Sevilla to the roundabout where the Paseo de las Provincias meets the Avenida de los Almendros.
This measure will remain in effect until the renovation works are completed, which affect the pavements in this area of the municipality. In the meantime, passengers will need to walk a few metres to catch the bus.
The City Council has not specified a concrete date for the completion of the works, so L333 users are advised to pay attention to the provisional signage on the Paseo de las Provincias.
