The offer includes gym for those over 16 years old (with parental consent) for 20 euros per month, and Total Training, with options for one or two hours per week: on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 18:30 to 19:30 for 20 euros, or both days for 30 euros per month.
Pilates classes will be held on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 to 10:00, with fees of 20 euros per month (two hours per week) or 15 euros (one hour). There are also hypopressive classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 19:30 to 20:30, for 15 euros per month (two days) or 10 euros (one day).
Additionally, occupational therapy sessions are offered by Elena on Tuesdays and Thursdays in two shifts: from 10:30 to 12:00 and from 12:00 to 13:30, at a cost of 8 euros per month for one weekly session, or 15 euros if attending two sessions (Tuesday and Thursday, indicating the preferred time).
Registration is done by submitting the form at the Town Hall. The town hall warns that submitting the application does not guarantee a spot: if there are more registrations than available spots, the corresponding municipal ordinance will apply.
