August nights continue at the Cultural Centre La Galatea with two new free screenings: 'Jurassic World: The Rebirth' and 'Bambi, a life in the forest'.
Alcalá de Henares resumes its Summer Cinema cycle this weekend at the Cultural Centre La Galatea, in the Espartales neighbourhood. The sessions, which began on 7 August, continue this Friday the 14th with 'Jurassic World: The Rebirth' and on Saturday the 15th with 'Bambi, a life in the forest'.
All screenings start at 22:00 hours and are free to access, aiming to provide an outdoor leisure alternative for residents of all ages during summer nights.
This year's programme combines major premieres, family films, and adventure titles. After kicking off with 'Gladiator II' on Friday the 7th and 'Smurfs' on Saturday the 8th, the cycle will continue until the last weekend of August.
The grand finale will arrive on Friday the 21st with the comedy 'The Dinner' and on Saturday the 22nd with 'Lilo & Stitch', one of the most anticipated family films of the summer. The sessions take place at the Cultural Centre La Galatea, an outdoor space in the Espartales neighbourhood.
Those interested can go directly to the venue without prior reservation, as reported by the Alcalá de Henares City Council. The free offer aims to bring cinema closer to the neighbourhoods and enliven the nights of August in the city.
