The Minister of Economy, Finance and Employment of the Community of Madrid, Rocío Albert López-Ibor, visited the Aranjuez Job Fair on Wednesday, which is being held at the Isabel de Farnesio Cultural Centre until 20:15.
The Aranjuez Job Fair takes place this Wednesday in the first courtyard of the Isabel de Farnesio Cultural Centre with the participation of companies such as Müller, Kiabi, Decathlon, Juguettos, Guaw, McDonald's and Norauto, linked to the new openings planned in the Medianas Park of the La Montaña neighbourhood. Attendees can submit their CVs and learn about the profiles and job opportunities offered by these companies.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Employment of the Community of Madrid, Rocío Albert López-Ibor, toured the fair's spaces alongside the mayor of Aranjuez, Miguel Gómez Herrero, and learned about the activities of the participating companies, entities and organisations. She then signed the Honour Book of the Aranjuez City Council in the Plenary Hall and addressed the media.
The aim of the event, organised by the Aranjuez City Council, is to facilitate the meeting between companies and job seekers and to promote the integration of local residents into the labour market.
The fair also includes entities that are part of the Local Employment Table: Aracove, CEPA, the Aranjuez Employment Office, the Mental Health Labour Rehabilitation Centre of Aranjuez, Fundación Juanjo Torrejón, Red Cross, ONCE, Integrandes and Vocational Training Mentoring, as well as the main trade union organisations and other collaborating entities.
The programme includes informative talks by the participating companies and free services for job searching. The Fundación Juanjo Torrejón offers personal support for presenting CVs online or via QR code, while Red Cross provides a professional photography service to update CV images.
The Aranjuez Job Fair will remain open until 20:15, when the closing ceremony will be held by the Employment Delegate of the Aranjuez City Council, Ignacio Díaz Toribio.
