The municipality hosts its annual agroecology event from September 11 to 13, featuring a market, routes, workshops, and a rock festival.

El Berrueco is preparing to welcome locals and visitors to its traditional agroecological fair, which this year will take place on the 11th, 12th, and 13th of September. The event will turn the municipality into a showcase of rural life and local products over three days filled with activities for all ages.

The programme includes a market where local products can be purchased, as well as experiences such as the Garden and Chicken Coop Route, a beekeeping workshop, and guided tomato tastings. There will also be a tasting and introduction to dairy product manufacturing, family workshops on seeds, and donkey rides for the little ones.

One of the most anticipated moments will be the traditional threshing display, which will feature musical accompaniment from the El Berrueco Joter@s Group and the Valdemanco and Friends Rondalla. Additionally, during the fair, the Pumpkin Contest Award will be presented.

The Saturday event will culminate in a Rock Festival in the Plaza de la Picota, a gathering that will provide a musical finale to a fair designed to learn, taste, and share the value of agroecology and traditions.

Entry to the fair and most activities is free, making it an ideal plan for families to enjoy the natural surroundings of El Berrueco. Interested parties can visit the municipality over the weekend and check the complete programme on the information panels that will be installed in the locality.
