The Las Rozas City Council is organising "Madrid with the engine" with a children's pedal kart circuit, a driving simulator, and five Mario Kart booths. The activities will take place on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September in Plaza de España.

The Plaza de España in Las Rozas will host a programme dedicated to motorsport this weekend under the slogan "Madrid with the engine". The initiative is organised by the Las Rozas City Council in collaboration with the Community of Madrid, which sponsors the activity, and is part of the Pueblos con Vida programme.

The highlight for the little ones will be a pedal kart circuit with small single-seaters adapted to their size. The course will allow them to experience driving while combining play, coordination, and physical activity in the town centre.

The proposal is complemented by a driving simulator equipped with a steering wheel, gear stick, pedals, and a professional seat. In addition, there will be five Nintendo Switch 2 booths with screens and the video game Mario Kart World.

The activities will take place on Saturday 12th September, from 16:00 to 20:00, and on Sunday 13th, from 12:00 to 19:00.

Fans who want to follow the Formula 1 Grand Prix will be able to do so on the screens of the hospitality establishments around the square, as reported by the City Council.
