The Fairgrounds will host the Rifle Championship at 9:30 and the Children's MTB at 11:00, with routes of 3 and 10 kilometres. The day will close at 17:30 at the Auditorio Las Amapolas with the Got Talent competition.
Activities leading up to the Patron Saint Festivities of Torres de la Alameda continue this Sunday 20th September with a day filled with sports, activities for children, and a talent competition. The programme has been announced by the local council.
The first event will take place at 9:30 at the Fairgrounds, where the Rifle Championship of the Patron Saint Festivities will be held. Interested participants can register on the same day, between 8:30 and 9:15. The event is organised by the Torres de la Alameda Rifle Club and sponsored by the Torres de la Alameda Glider Modelling Club Grupo Halcón.
At 11:00, the Children's MTB will kick off, starting and finishing at the Fairgrounds. The event features two routes based on age: 3 kilometres for those under 8 years old and 10 kilometres for those over 8 years old. Registrations can be made through the CEIP Nuestra Señora del Rosario or one hour before the start. Wearing a helmet is mandatory for all participants. Organised by MTB Torres.
The highlight of the day will arrive at 17:30 at the Auditorio Las Amapolas, with a new edition of Got Talent, the talent competition of the Henares region. Entry for the public is free. Organised by the Festivities Commission and sponsored by Café 72 and Seventwo.
