The Ciempozuelos Town Hall has implemented its new Transparency and Open Government Portal, a digital platform that brings together information about municipal management in one place. The portal is now accessible from the council's website and replaces the previous transparency section.
The new tool includes data on minor and major contracts, budget execution, salaries of elected officials, and the agenda of municipal leaders. It also features a section for citizen participation for community inquiries and suggestions.
The Ciempozuelos Town Hall thus complies with the obligations of the Law 19/2013 on Transparency, which requires local administrations to periodically publish information about their activities. The website is available at the municipal electronic address and will be updated regularly.
This portal is a fundamental tool for residents to oversee municipal management and participate in decisions that affect them,” officials from the Town Hall state.
Residents of Ciempozuelos can access the portal through the Town Hall's electronic headquarters. The information is organised by management areas: contracting, budgets, urban planning, human resources, and public aid, among others.
