The City Council of Aranjuez and Espirituosos España are celebrating a new edition of 'Los Noc-Turnos' this Friday, September 18. Drivers who register a 0.0 in the Local Police controls will receive €20 vouchers for fuel.
On the night of Friday, September 18, the Local Police of Aranjuez will set up preventive alcohol controls at various points in the city. Drivers who blow and register a 0.0 will receive a mobility voucher worth €20 redeemable for fuel.
This initiative is part of 'Los Noc-Turnos', a campaign by the City Council of Aranjuez and Espirituosos España aimed at promoting the role of the designated driver during nightlife. The message conveyed by the three involved entities is that the only safe alcohol level when driving is 0.0.
This is the second consecutive edition of the initiative in Aranjuez. In the 2025 campaign, the first, 40 drivers were recognised for their responsible behaviour behind the wheel.
The event is part of the collaboration agreement that the City Council of Aranjuez and Espirituosos España have maintained since May 2025 to promote responsible behaviours related to alcohol consumption and to prevent consumption among minors and drivers.
The council points out that such actions aim to directly convey to citizens the necessity of completely avoiding alcohol consumption when driving, and to highlight the importance of planning trips during nightlife.
The vouchers will be handed out that same night to those who pass the control with a zero result. The campaign will take place during the night at various points in Aranjuez, although the City Council has not detailed the exact locations of the controls.
