Boadilla del Monte Town Hall has begun work on a new surface car park on Gutiérrez Soto street, which necessitates closing the provisional space until the work is completed.
The Town Hall of Boadilla del Monte has started the construction of a new surface car park on Gutiérrez Soto street. Until the work is finished, the space that was used provisionally in that area will remain closed.
The project will replace the dirt surface with asphalt, eliminating the usual puddles and dust. New green areas with trees and an irrigation system will also be created, in addition to installing LED lighting and urban furniture.
The new car park will have 196 parking spaces, of which six will be for people with reduced mobility and four will have charging points for electric cars.
The budget for the works amounts to €1,290,000 and the expected execution period is four months.
