Boadilla del Monte will have 280 security personnel from October 1 to 5. The operation includes surveillance cameras, drones, plainclothes officers, and drug dogs, with special attention to the Fairgrounds and Nacedero park.
The festivities of Boadilla del Monte, which will take place from October 1 to 5, will feature a security operation made up of 280 personnel including Local Police, Civil Guard, private security, and Civil Protection. The operation will focus on activities with the highest public attendance.
The Fairgrounds will be the most monitored area, especially at night. A surveillance system with cameras has been installed inside and outside the tent, and plainclothes officers and dogs trained to detect drugs will be deployed.
The Nacedero park will also have specific control due to the scheduled DJ sessions this year. Surveillance will extend to nearby parks and areas to prevent drinking parties and acts against heritage or urban furniture. The closest areas will be fenced off around their perimeter, and lighting and cleaning services will be enhanced.
During the festivities, there will be increased checks for alcohol consumption and substance use, as well as monitoring the sale of alcohol to minors in local establishments.
