The Boadilla del Monte City Council is starting this month 'Pause, Clarity and Action', a mindfulness programme aimed at those looking for work. The goal is to provide tools to improve emotional well-being, mental clarity, and the ability to take action during the job search process.

The training will take place every Tuesday, from September 22 to November 10, from 11:00 to 13:00 hours. The sessions will be held in person at the Municipal Business Centre, located at Francisco Alonso Street, 2.

The course is free and has limited places. To participate, it is necessary to register in advance by sending an email to agcolocacion@aytoboadilla.com.

The initiative is aimed at those who are looking for work and want to manage the stress generated by active job searching. The programme combines mindfulness techniques with practical exercises to maintain motivation.
