The Women's Department of Boadilla del Monte is offering a free social and labour advisory service for women until 30 November. The programme includes job orientation, information on employment opportunities, and the design of personalised pathways.
Participants can work on tools to create resumes, cover letters, and digital profiles, as well as interview and communication techniques. The service includes specific advice for entrepreneurship and self-employment, with support for the creation of tech companies and startups, and access to mentoring networks.

The programme is part of the agreement between the City Council of Boadilla del Monte and the Community of Madrid for actions against gender violence and the promotion of equal opportunities in 2026, with a co-financing of 40% from the Operational Programme FSE+ 2021-2027.
On the other hand, the City Council, through Boadilla Asesora, maintains a free service for companies in the municipality. Until November, training is provided in harassment prevention, stress management, time management and co-responsibility, as well as leadership and communication with a gender perspective.
The programme includes a personalised SWOT analysis, advice on implementing equality plans, and guidance on compliance with current regulations. Interested companies can request information and reserve a spot at boadillaasesora@aytoboadilla.com.
During the month of December, companies in the municipality will be able to participate in the Companies for Equality contest, where measures that include a culture of equality will be presented. This initiative is developed within the framework of the agreement between the City Council and the Community of Madrid for 2025, with the same 40% co-financing from the European Social Fund Plus.
