The Town Hall of Galapagar is organising five days of educational leisure for children aged 4 to 12, from August 31 to September 4, to assist families before the start of the school year.
The Town Hall of Galapagar has announced the return of the programme “Days Without School” for the days leading up to the start of the school year. The initiative, aimed at children aged between 4 and 12, will take place from August 31 to September 4 and seeks to facilitate family reconciliation in the municipality during this final stretch of summer.
Each day will have its own theme: “Guardians of Nature” (August 31), “Mission Galaxy” (September 1), “In Search of the Lost Treasure” (September 2), “Superhero Academy” (September 3), and “The Creative Festival” (September 4). Activities will include scavenger hunts, cooperative games, crafts, challenges, and dynamics adapted to different ages, as reported by the council.
The main schedule will be from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a price of 20 euros for the entire week. Families will also be able to hire optional services: early drop-off from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM for 8 euros, and extended hours from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM for 15 euros, with the requirement to bring food from home in the latter case.
Registration requires checking the availability of places, making payment via bank transfer, and formalising the enrolment by attaching the receipt and the corresponding form. For those on the waiting list, no payment will be required until a place is confirmed. Places are limited.
