The Town Hall of Pezuela de las Torres has opened the period for the operation of the municipal kiosk at Rebeca Bartolomé Park, with a minimum bidding price of 50 euros and a deposit of 200 euros.

The Town Hall of Pezuela de las Torres has initiated the competition to award the operation of the municipal kiosk located in the Rebeca Bartolomé Park. Bids can be submitted until 13 August 2026.

The kiosk was acquired with the support of the Community of Madrid to serve as an information point during the 2026 Eclipse Observation Point, which will take place on 12 August. Once this event concludes, the council aims to continue these facilities by offering a service of drinks, ice creams, fast food, and other products during the afternoons.

The contract will allow for the installation of up to six tables and will be valid from the date of award until 31 October 2026. Interested parties must submit a bid with a minimum bidding price of 50 euros and pay a deposit of 200 euros, which will be returned at the end of the concession according to the conditions of the terms.

The complete terms are available on the municipal website and applications can be submitted at the Town Hall within the established period. The council encourages participation to energise this public space and provide a new service to residents and visitors.
