The Town Hall of Torres de la Alameda has rented a medical vehicle for the Pre-Festivities and the Patron Saint Festivities and has acquired 14 professional radios for the Civil Protection Group.
The acting mayor of Torres de la Alameda, Guillermo Puebla, delivered this Monday to the Civil Protection Group of the municipality the medical vehicle that the Town Hall has rented for the activities of the Pre-Festivities and Patron Saint Festivities.
The ambulance will be operational throughout all festive days to attend to any incidents and will reinforce the medical device planned for the bullfighting festivities.
The Town Hall has also permanently acquired 14 new professional radios aimed at improving communications and coordination among the group's personnel.
The devices combine radio communication, connectivity, GPS, and data transmission. The purchase includes a base system that adds to the portable radios and allows for a fixed point of communication and coordination.
According to the Town Hall, these resources will improve the response capacity of Civil Protection both during the festivities and in the rest of the devices and actions that take place in Torres de la Alameda.
The Town Hall has thanked the professionals and volunteers of the Civil Protection Group for their dedication and availability to ensure the safety of residents and visitors.
