The Casarrubuelos Town Council has presented the offer of sports schools for the upcoming season, with activities ranging from karate to triathlon and classes for all ages.
The Casarrubuelos Town Council has revealed the offer of municipal sports schools for the 2026/27 season, with activities for all ages to be held in various sports facilities in the locality.
Classes will be held at the Alcalde Julián Sánchez Sports Complex, the El Prado Municipal Sports Centre, the Municipal Fitness Gym, the Las Cárcavas Municipal Pool, the Casarrubuelos Dance and Theatre School, and the Padel Rubuelos Club, which operates under municipal concession. Also at the Tomé y Orgaz public school, where extracurricular activities are taught.
The offer includes children's and adult karate-do, kobudo, and Kyusho self-defence, led by the Zen Okinawa Karate-Do Kobudo School. There are also dance classes with the Alodia school, basketball with the CBC Basket School (with male and female teams in all categories), and boxing with the IRU-TEAM Boxing School, which accepts students from the age of 7.
For football lovers, the Atlético Casarrubuelos Football School and the Casarrubuelos Futsal School offer categories for boys and girls. The Makai Gymnastics Club will teach rhythmic and aesthetic gymnastics, while the Huno Triathlon Club prepares participants in swimming, cycling, and athletics.
The municipality also has a 150 square metre weight room in the municipal gym, with professional advice, and pilates classes on the floor and with equipment in small groups. Seniors have adapted gymnastics available at the sports centre, and those who prefer the water can sign up for swimming at the municipal pool. Padel and tennis classes are also offered by the Padelrubuelos School.
