Real Aranjuez CF will face CD Alavés on September 2 at 19:30 in El Deleite, as part of the II Ebro Aki Río Trophy. Entry will cost 5 euros and will serve to present the new squad.
The Real Aranjuez CF will play a friendly match against CD Alavés on September 2 at the municipal stadium of El Deleite, starting at 19:30 hours. The match is part of the II Ebro Aki Río Trophy and is included in the programming of the Fiestas del Motín 2026.
The single entry will cost 5 euros and on the same day the new riverside squad will be officially presented to the fans. This was announced this morning by the Sports Delegate, Ignacio Benéitez, and the club president, Javier de la Hoz, at an information briefing.
De la Hoz thanked the Vitorian team for their willingness to participate in this trophy and highlighted the quality of the opponent, assuring that it will be “a great match”. He also referred to the team's objectives for the upcoming season:
The team approaches the new season with the aim of consolidating itself in the Third Division; it will be a very beautiful and very tough season.
For his part, Benéitez valued the celebration of this match and referred to the condition of the playing field: “The maintenance of the grass is a constant; it is part of the day-to-day, and we will continue working to ensure it is in the best possible condition.”
The Aranjuez City Council encourages residents and fans to come to El Deleite to support the team at the start of a new season.
