The El Boalo, Cerceda and Mataelpino Town Hall has launched a new online platform to manage registrations for activities in Sports, Culture, Education, and Seniors. Residents can now access it using their email and ID.

The El Boalo, Cerceda and Mataelpino Town Hall unveiled its new Municipal Activities Platform on Wednesday, an online system that centralises all procedures related to the activities organised by the council. With a single account, residents can register for proposals in Sports, Culture, Education, and Seniors, as well as manage registrations for the entire family.

The platform also allows users to attach necessary documentation electronically and check procedures at any time and from anywhere. The Town Hall recommends that users log in before official registrations open to prepare their accounts.

For those who have previously participated in municipal activities and are of legal age, they may already be registered. In that case, access is done using the email as the username and the ID (including the letter, in uppercase) as the password. If it does not work, a new account can be created.

The council has provided help materials, such as a tutorial video on YouTube and step-by-step guides, to facilitate the process. For questions or additional assistance, interested parties can write to coordinadordeportes@bocema.org.

With this initiative, the municipality aims to simplify procedures and bring the range of activities closer to residents of the three localities that make up the municipality.
