The Town Hall of Redueña has launched eAgora, a mobile application that centralises incidents, municipal mailbox, announcements, and agenda in a single channel.
The Town Hall of Redueña has activated eAgora, a digital platform aimed at consolidating the main services for residents into a single application. The tool, available for mobile devices, comes to complement Bandomóvil and make a leap towards a more integrated administration.
In this first phase, the app incorporates four functions: incidents, municipal mailbox, announcements, and agenda. With this, the council aims to avoid the dispersion of channels and simplify the daily lives of residents in their dealings with local administration.
The incidents section allows users to report problems in public roads, lighting, cleaning, urban furniture, parks, and gardens. Each report goes directly to the Town Hall, which forwards it to the responsible services for management.
The municipal mailbox, on the other hand, opens a direct channel for sending inquiries, suggestions, or proposals. The intention is to strengthen citizen participation and facilitate residents' contributions to the improvement of the municipality.
Official announcements and the activities agenda will also be integrated into the platform. Thus, users will be able to receive notices of general interest and consult the cultural, sports, and social programming of Redueña from a single access point.
The application is already available for download on mobiles. The Town Hall emphasises that this first version is just the beginning, as the platform is designed to incorporate new functionalities progressively according to the needs of the residents.
