The Rivas Alma Mahler Symphony opens the 2026-2027 season with three concerts between October and January. The subscription costs €37.50, which is 25% less than single tickets.

The Rivas Alma Mahler Symphony has presented its autumn programme at the Pilar Bardem auditorium in Rivas-Vaciamadrid, featuring an initial subscription of three concerts that includes works by Gershwin, Falla, and Mozart. The 2026-2027 season, titled 'Love, Passion, and Revolution', totals six events: the second subscription, with another three recitals, will arrive in the first half of 2027.

The orchestra, conducted by Jorge García Cuenllas, will feature guest conductor Lucía Marín at the November concert, along with soloists such as pianist Noelia Rodiles and singer Mariola Membrives. The season kicks off on Saturday 3 October with 'An American in Paris', a programme that crosses the Atlantic with Florence Price's 'Symphony No. 1', Gershwin's 'Rhapsody in Blue', and the symphonic poem 'An American in Paris'.

On 7 November, 'Love Brujo' will feature the baton of Lucía Marín, the voice of Mariola Membrives, and dancer Carla Prado. The programme includes 'Beyond the Worlds' by Laura Vega, Mozart's 'Symphony No. 41 (Jupiter)', and the 1925 version of 'El amor brujo' by Manuel de Falla. The final concert of the subscription will be the New Year's Concert on Friday 1 January 2027, featuring dances, waltzes, and polkas by Kodály, Augusta Holmès, and Johann Strauss II, including the 'Blue Danube' and the 'Radetzky March'.

The subscription for the three events costs €37.50, which represents a 25% saving compared to individual tickets, priced at €16 (€18 for the New Year's concert). Subscriptions can be purchased on the municipal website entradas.rivasciudad.es or at the auditorium box office. Priority sales for former subscribers will take place on 9 and 10 September; general subscription sales will begin on 11 September, and individual tickets on 21 September.

Before the season starts, on Tuesday 8 September at 19:00, the complete programme will be presented in the central courtyard of the Federico García Lorca cultural centre, with free entry. During the event, an ensemble from the orchestra will provide a live musical showcase.
