The mayor and the urban planning councillor meet with the manager of ALAS to expedite the pending procedures for the completed homes in the Los Rosales Residential Area.
The mayor of Velilla de San Antonio, Antonia Alcázar, and the urban planning councillor, Joaquín Panadero, have met with Ángel Gutiérrez, manager of the ALAS Society, to follow up on the 152 homes in the Los Rosales Residential Area being built in the municipality as part of the Plan Vive of the Community of Madrid.
During the meeting, the municipal officials conveyed to the society the City Council's willingness to collaborate on the necessary matters to unblock the remaining procedures.
According to the City Council, the homes are completed, but several processes with the Community of Madrid and with the electricity distribution companies are still pending.
These procedures are essential for the keys to be handed over to the future owners, so the City Council has expressed its intention to expedite contacts and facilitate the permits that fall within its scope.
The meeting is part of the periodic follow-up that the local government team conducts on protected housing projects in the municipality, aiming for the Plan Vive promotions to be completed without further delays.
