The Ciempozuelos Town Hall now allows the submission of third-party registration requests in physical format, an option for those who cannot carry out online procedures.
The Town Hall of Ciempozuelos has made available to residents and businesses the third-party registration request form in physical format. The aim is to enable those without access or facing difficulties with the online platform to register as suppliers or collectors for the Town Council without needing to use electronic means.
The new form, which can now be downloaded from the municipal website, allows freelancers, companies, and individuals to communicate their bank details to receive payments from the Town Hall. The paper processing option complements the existing electronic route through the online platform, so each interested party can choose the channel that best suits their circumstances.
Third-party registration is an essential requirement for collecting invoices, grants, or any other financial obligations from the Town Council. With this measure, the local government team aims to prevent the digital divide from excluding certain groups, such as the elderly or small businesses without IT resources.
To formalise the request, the interested party must complete the form and submit it at the municipal registry, either in person or through the usual channels. The Town Hall recommends checking that the bank details are correct to avoid delays in payments.
