The Single Window service in Cobeña will not accept requests directed to other administrations until the week of 26 October. Residents can register their documents through other means.
Until the week of 26 October, residents of Cobeña will not be able to submit requests directed to other administrations at the Citizen Attention Service offices via the Single Window. The notice, dated 11 October, is due to the implementation of a new integration in the Record Exchange System.
During this period, documentation can be submitted directly to the recipient administration or body, at any Correos office using the administrative registration procedure set up for this purpose, or through the Common Electronic Registry (REC) of the SARA Network, at the address rec.redsara.es.
Additionally, the Mobile Citizen Attention Office of the Community of Madrid is set up in Cobeña every Tuesday, from 10:30 to 11:30, near the Local Health Centre, at calle Mercado, 17.
The Town Hall regrets any inconvenience caused by the suspension and asks for the understanding and cooperation of the residents.
