Las Vegas Community launches a digital training programme for women in six municipalities, including Morata de Tajuña. Registration is free and the courses cover digital literacy, electronic administration, and artificial intelligence.
The Intermunicipal Community of Social Services Las Vegas has initiated a digital training project aimed at women from the six municipalities it comprises: Ciempozuelos, Chinchón, Morata de Tajuña, San Martín de la Vega, Titulcia, and Villaconejos. The programme aims to reduce the digital divide and enhance the employability and autonomy of participants.
The courses will take place in each of these localities to bring digital skills closer to women from rural backgrounds. Each participant will have a tailored training itinerary that begins with an initial assessment of their knowledge, allowing the learning to be adapted to their level and goals.
The training content includes modules on digital literacy, electronic administration, artificial intelligence, communication and cloud tools, digital security, and time management. This knowledge is aimed at being applied both in everyday life and in job searching or entrepreneurship in rural areas.

The programme is part of the Programme for the Promotion of Equal Opportunities between Women and Men and is co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) 2021-2027 and by the Community of Madrid. The execution has been awarded to Fundación ACOBE.
