The Villalbilla Town Hall reminds the channels to report blockages, odours or noises in the sewer system, managed by Canal de Isabel II.

The Villalbilla Town Hall has reminded residents of the available channels to report incidents in the sewer network, such as blockages, odours in manholes, or annoying noises caused by covers. The council conducts regular visual inspections of grates and drains and notifies the Canal de Isabel II, the entity responsible for maintenance, when necessary.

Residents can also directly report any anomalies on public roads through the mobile application Línea Verde, indicating the exact address for the report to be managed. It is not necessary to provide a specific contract number to make the report.

As a precaution, the Town Hall insists on not disposing of wipes in the toilet. Although some packaging may indicate otherwise, they are not biodegradable in the short term and cause blockages in the network, generating a financial cost for everyone.
