Móstoles Launches Route for the IV Diana Martín Urban Mile

The IV Diana Martín Urban Mile takes place on Saturday, September 19, on a new circuit along Moraleja de Enmedio street, starting at 17:50.

The IV Diana Martín Urban Mile will take place on Saturday, September 19, on a one-mile circuit along Moraleja de Enmedio street, in the PAU-4. The race starts at 17:50 and concludes with the absolute category at 20:00.

The fourth edition of the Diana Martín Urban Mile will be held on Saturday, September 19, on an urban one-mile circuit, equivalent to 1.6 kilometres, which will run along Moraleja de Enmedio street, in the PAU-4 of Móstoles. This year, the event features a new route and is organised by the Móstoles City Council, through the Department of Sports and Health, alongside the Móstoles Athletic Association and the Madrid Athletics Federation.

The competition will kick off at 17:50 with the sub-8 categories and will continue with sub-10, sub-12, sub-14, sub-16, Popular, sub-18, sub-20, Master, and Absolute categories. The absolute race will take place at 20:00. Athletes from sub-8 to sub-14 will compete on a half-mile circuit, while from sub-16 to the absolute category, the distance will be one mile.

The organisation will award trophies to the top three finishers in each race. In the sub-8 event, all participants will receive a medal. The race will be timed using chips and will have judges from the Madrid Athletics Federation.
