The Aranjuez City Council is organising a Job Fair on Thursday, September 24, at the Isabel de Farnesio Cultural Centre, from 10:00 to 20:15, featuring seven companies from the new commercial park in the Barrio de la Montaña.
The Aranjuez City Council has organised a Job Fair for next Thursday, September 24 in the first courtyard of the Isabel de Farnesio Cultural Centre. The event will take place between 10:00 and 20:15, with a break from 14:30 to 16:30.
The fair aims to facilitate the hiring of staff for the companies that will open in the new commercial park of the Barrio de la Montaña. Participating companies include Müller, Kiabi, Decathlon, Juguettos, Guaw, McDonald’s, and Norauto.
Job seekers will be able to submit their resumes and participate in workshops and talks to improve their employability. The opening ceremony at 10:00 will be led by the mayor of Aranjuez, Miguel Gómez Herrero, and the general director of the Public Employment Service, Belén García Díaz.
The main objective is to promote job insertion in the municipality and facilitate the hiring of staff by companies that will open their doors in the new Medium Park of the Barrio de la Montaña," according to the City Council.
Entities from the Local Employment Table (Aracove, CEPA, Aranjuez Employment Office, Mental Health Rehabilitation Centre of Aranjuez, Juanjo Torrejón Foundation, Red Cross, ONCE, Integrandes, and Vocational Training Mentoring) will also participate, as well as UGT, CSIF, CCOO, and CPPM.
Alongside the stands, there will be informational talks in the classrooms of the centre. The Juanjo Torrejón Foundation will provide support for presenting resumes online or via QR code, and Red Cross will offer a professional photography service to update resume images. Both activities will operate in the morning (10:30 to 14:00) and in the afternoon (16:30 to 20:00).
The closing ceremony at 20:15 will be the responsibility of the Employment Delegate of the Aranjuez City Council, Ignacio Díaz Toribio.
