The Majadahonda Town Hall and the Business Circle organise 'Majadahonda Health and Wellbeing' from September 25 to 27, with talks, workshops, masterclasses, and performances at the Francisco Umbral Municipal Library, the Constitution Square, and the Monte del Pilar.

The Majadahonda Town Hall and the city's Business Circle have organised the 'Majadahonda Health and Wellbeing' days, which will take place from September 25 to 27 with free activities spread across the Francisco Umbral Municipal Library, the Constitution Square, and the Monte del Pilar. The programme includes talks, workshops, masterclasses, performances, and sessions on nutrition, mental health, beauty, and longevity, as reported by municipal sources.

The inaugural day, on Friday, September 25, will be dedicated to 'Healthy Longevity' at the Francisco Umbral Municipal Library, featuring health professionals, the pharmaceutical industry, sports sciences, and the silver economy. On the same day, at the Monte del Pilar, free Pilates classes, a craft market, gong meditation, family Tai Chi, and live performances are scheduled.

On Saturday, September 26, activities will focus on comprehensive care and family sports, with health tents, Nordic walking, a strength and longevity circuit, and a Zumba masterclass at the Constitution Square. In the afternoon, at the Monte del Pilar, there will be talks on emotional management, self-esteem, stress, and mental health led by Majadahonda residents such as presenter Minerva Piquero and psychologists Ana Asensio and Romina Paola, along with the presentation of the book 'Letters for Rufina' by Silvana Fridman, as well as performances and live music.

On Sunday, September 27, also at the Monte del Pilar, there will be a comprehensive yoga session and a show cooking event with gifts, surprises, and musical performances. Throughout the weekend, local restaurants will offer a 'wellbeing menu' featuring seasonal and local products. Local businesses and professionals in the health and wellbeing sector will participate in the event, providing their services to residents.
