The Town Hall of Chapinería can no longer process registrations for Imserso trips following the end of the agreement with the FEMP. The council will continue to offer information, advice, and support to the elderly in the new procedure.

The Town Hall of Chapinería has informed its residents, especially the elderly, about a change in the management of trips under the Imserso Tourism Programme for the 2026/2027 season. The collaboration agreement that allowed town halls to participate directly in processing places has ended, meaning the council can no longer make registrations or reservations as it used to.

From now on, the management of reservations will correspond to the channels established by Imserso itself and the awarded companies and collaborating travel agencies. This change may raise doubts among those who were used to processing their applications at their town hall or have difficulties with digital means.

To alleviate this situation, Imserso and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) have agreed to provide town halls with informational material and guidelines so they can continue to support their residents.

The Town Hall of Chapinería will maintain this support with three services: information about the new procedure, advice to resolve doubts, and assistance during the processes, especially when there are difficulties using digital channels.

We will no longer be able to directly handle registrations, but we will continue to be by your side to help you manage it.

Residents of Chapinería who need assistance can approach the Town Hall, where staff will guide them on the steps to follow and provide orientation throughout the process.
