The Valdemorillo Town Hall will cut the water supply for 8 and a half hours on the night of Wednesday, August 5, to improve the supply network.

The Valdemorillo Town Hall has announced a scheduled water supply cut in several streets of the municipality. The interruption will begin at 21:30 on Wednesday, August 5, and will last until 06:00 on Thursday, with an estimated duration of 8 hours and 30 minutes.

The works, necessary to improve the supply network and ensure a safer and more reliable service, will affect homes and properties located on streets such as Amapolas, Dalias, Gladiolos, Flor de las Magnolias, Avenida de los Rosales, Infanta Beatriz, Infanta Cristina, Infanta Isabel, Infanta Carlota, Infanta Elena, Infanta Mercedes, Infanta Pilar, Lepanto, Navas de Tolosa, San Quintín, Alcoraz, Camino de los Vaqueros and various properties on the M-600 road and its surroundings.

The cut was initially scheduled for another date but had to be postponed due to the forest fires in the Sierra Oeste, to ensure supply during the emergency. Now the works will proceed on the scheduled date.

The Town Hall recommends that affected residents stock up on necessary water before the cut begins and avoid using appliances that require supply during that period. Once the service is restored, it is advised to let the water run for a few minutes if turbidity is noticed.

These works are part of improvements to the local supply network, aiming to provide a more reliable service to residents in the area.
