Torrejón de Ardoz will gather this afternoon at 20:00 in Plaza Mayor in support of Ceuta, following the FEMP's call due to the migration crisis.

Torrejón de Ardoz will join today at 20:00 in Plaza Mayor the gathering called by the FEMP in solidarity with Ceuta due to the arrival of irregular migrants and the Government's inaction.

The Town Hall of Torrejón de Ardoz will join this afternoon the call of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) in support of Ceuta. The gathering will take place at 20:00 in the Plaza Mayor.

The FEMP has called this mobilization “in response to the serious situation facing the city due to the arrival of tens of thousands of irregular migrants, the inaction of the Government of Spain, and to show the solidarity of the 8,132 Spanish municipalities with the citizens of Ceuta.”

With this action, Torrejón de Ardoz joins the municipalities that have wanted to show their support for the population of Ceuta at a time of migratory tension.
