The Town Hall of Prádena del Rincón has implemented eÁgora, a new mobile application aimed at streamlining communication with residents. The tool is already operational and allows users to receive notifications, news, and municipal communications directly on their phones.
One of the upcoming features will be the management of sports court reservations. Users will be able to check availability and make reservations directly from the app, without the need for in-person procedures.
During this initial phase, eÁgora and BandoMóvil will coexist to give residents time to download the new application and become familiar with it. Once it is sufficiently established, the Town Hall will gradually discontinue BandoMóvil and centralise all communications in eÁgora.
The transition will be gradual, with the aim of ensuring that no resident is left behind. Those who wish to start using eÁgora can already download it on their mobile devices.
